IOME THERAPY PROCESS

Your mental health needs are our priority.  IOME's therapists will ensure you're comfortable, safe and working toward your goals.

QUESTIONS

"Through these services, I have learned that it is necessary to have moments of letting go and not bottling things up. My depression symptoms have reduced. I have become more aware of myself and my emotions. I have learned that my mental health is paramount and, when it's not in tip-top shape, it can and does affect others in my life." - Weld County Employee

POSTPARTUM THERAPY

Several of our therapists are specialized in working with women going through postpartum depression.

Contact Maren, Kelly, or Becky to learn about their approach and effectiveness in treating this common, yet serious period.
