Sometimes we just need to hit “reset.” This becomes obvious when we’re at work and our minds focus on everything–personal issues, interpersonal dynamics…– except our work. Or when stress builds up until we’re taking it out on everyone else and ourselves. If you’re having one of those days or weeks then we’re here to help! IOME offers quick 20-minute support sessions to City of Greeley employees that can easily fit into your workday. During these sessions we’ll provide you with useful tools so you can refocus and reset. These include:

50 Minute Therapy Sessions
Having access to six free full-length therapy sessions can be a real game-changer when it comes to your mental and emotional wellbeing. So we’ve made it quick and easy to book therapy or sessions and get the support you need. Working with an IOME supporter in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment, you’ll be free to process thoughts and feelings, and leave with more self compassion and practical self care tools. Perhaps you're not interested in traditional talk therapy, maybe it wasn't effective for you, or you may not want to divulge into your own story. If that's the case, we would recommend LENS. It’s a simple, non-invasive way to optimize your brain health, and we’ve made it easy to book your LENS sessions and start feeling better. There are many benefits for this type of therapy:
