The “unknown” through birth and parenting can be uncomfortable. Whatever comes your way, the experience is always more approachable when you know you have a solid person to lean on the entire way. As a Certified Birth and Bereavement Doula, I get to be your non-medical caregiver providing you and your partner emotional support and education during your pregnancy, labor and birth. I also provide physical support and comfort during labor. Partners, don't fret, I'm there for you too- I'll make you look good by helping you to know how to support the laboring person. With a specialty in bereavement I am trained to companion and support you through times where birth and bereavement meet. After birth, I'll be there to help with breastfeeding, newborn education, postpartum belly binding, and your non-medical maternal care.
