When working with an individual, Jessica believes that everyone has unique strengths and abilities. She builds on this using a Strengths-based theoretical approach. Jessica also utilizes Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused theoretical approaches to support the individual.
Jessica is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, and understanding behavioral functions and how our experiences and environments affect our perceptions and where we are in our lives.
